1. Returns & Refunds
- For Froozen Foods & Froozen Sauces, they cannot be refunded and returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you. Contact us on Email or WhatsApp if any inquires on your received items.
- Gift cards are also non-refundable.
2. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at cpikvventure@outlook.com or WhatsApp.
3. Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exceptions & Exclusions
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery.
